Welcome To

Culver City

A centralized location with strong community ties.

Welcome to Culver City

Just inland from Marina del Rey and Venice Beach, Culver City is a vibrant, affluent suburb of Los Angeles, California. Sunny and community-oriented, the area is well-known for its convenient, central location—Culver City is less than 20 minutes from the beaches, Los Angeles, and Santa Monica.

Named after its founder Harry Culver and officially incorporated in 1917, archaeological evidence suggests there was a human occupation in the area as early as 8,000 BC. Modern-day Culver City is home to around 40,000 residents. The city has a history of movie production, with studios such as Sony, Screen Gems, Columbia Pictures, Tri-Star Pictures, and Happy Madison Productions located here. Culver City is also home to several large corporations, including Beats Audio and the NFL.

With an array of residential architecture that includes charming two-story townhomes tucked behind gates, historic Craftsmen, single-family new builds, luxury condos with ample amenities, and plenty more, Culver City offers a variety of housing options that suit any need.
