One of the best parts of working on the Westside is being surrounded by places that feel like well-kept secrets—full of history, charm, and character. The Georgian Hotel in Santa Monica is one of my favorites. With its iconic Art Deco design and oceanfront views, it’s more than just a beautiful building—it’s a piece of local history that always feels special.

Just around the corner, you’ll find Chez Jay, a quirky little spot that’s been serving up character (and cocktails) since the ‘50s. It’s places like this, along with tucked-away cafes, quiet beach paths, and vintage storefronts, that give the Westside its soul.

These hidden gems remind me daily that real estate here is more than just buying and selling homes—it’s about being part of a vibrant, layered community that never stops surprising you.
